Available Positions

  • Quality Assurance Engineer – Individual Consultant
    • Assignment: Ensure quality of software applications used in PHCIP, including test design, automation, performance and security validation.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • At least a Master’s degree or equivalent (16 years of education) in:
    • Software Engineering
    • Computer Science
    • Or a closely related IT field
  • Degree may be from foreign or local university recognized by HEC Pakistan.

Experience

  • Minimum 05 years of documented, verifiable experience after qualification in:
    • Software Quality Assurance and/or software development.
  • Proven experience with:
    • Designing test plans, scenarios, scripts and procedures.
    • Writing clear, concise test cases and test documentation.
    • Both white-box and black-box testing.
    • Automated testing tools and test automation scripts.
    • Working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
    • Performance and/or security testing.
    • Collaborating with end users to identify issues and propose solutions.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes.
  • Ability to estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
