Eligibility Criteria
Education
- At least a Master’s degree or equivalent (16 years of education) in:
- Software Engineering
- Computer Science
- Or a closely related IT field
- Degree may be from foreign or local university recognized by HEC Pakistan.
Experience
- Minimum 05 years of documented, verifiable experience after qualification in:
- Software Quality Assurance and/or software development.
- Proven experience with:
- Designing test plans, scenarios, scripts and procedures.
- Writing clear, concise test cases and test documentation.
- Both white-box and black-box testing.
- Automated testing tools and test automation scripts.
- Working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Performance and/or security testing.
- Collaborating with end users to identify issues and propose solutions.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes.
- Ability to estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
