- Six‑month certificate in English Shorthand & Typing from SBTE.
- Shorthand speed 120 WPM, typing 35 WPM on computer.
- Certificate in MS Office from SBTE / Technical Education Board.
3. Computer Operator (BPS‑12)
- Graduation (2nd Division) + Diploma in Information Technology (D.I.T) or Computer Science from recognized institute.
- English typing speed 30 WPM.
4. Junior Clerk (BPS‑11)
- Graduation (2nd Division).
- Six‑month MS Office / Computer course from SBTE / Trade Testing Board.
5. Assistant Narcotics Control Inspector (BPS‑11)
- Graduation (2nd Division).
