Qualification:
Bachelor’s (Hons) degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or Social Sciences from an HEC-recognized or accredited university.

Manager Program Research: Minimum 8 years, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Specialist Program Operations: At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Management Associates: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Age Limit:
Maximum 30–35 years, depending on the position.
