Eligibility Criteria (Summary)

1. Associate Director, IT & Database Management (L3)

  • Education:
    • At least Bachelor’s (16 years education) in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Systems/Information Sciences or related field from HEC-recognized institution; or relevant professional qualification.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 6 years post‑16 years qualification in:
      • Software & hardware management
      • IT procurement/administration
      • Cloud computing, project management, ICT systems in public/private sector.
  • Age:
    • Not more than 55 years on advertisement date.

2. Associate Director, Policy, Planning & Research (L3)

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s (16 years) in Public Policy, Public Administration, Economics, Development Studies, Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 6 years in:
      • Policy formulation/analysis, strategic and sectoral planning
      • Research & evidence-based analysis, M&E, program design, project management
      • Experience with public sector entities/multilateral organizations preferred.
  • Age: Max 55 years.

3. Associate Director, Secretariat (L3)

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s (16 years) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Governance, Organizational Development, Social Sciences or related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 6 years in:
      • Secretariat operations, office administration
      • Documentation & record management, high-level coordination
      • Stakeholder coordination, communication and PR, meeting management.
  • Age: Max 55 years.

4. Assistant Manager (L4)

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s (16 years) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Hospitality Management, International Relations or related.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years in:
      • Protocol management, event coordination, travel arrangements
      • Logistics, stakeholder liaison and general administration in reputable organizations.
  • Age: Max 40 years.

5. Senior Executive Assistant (L5)

  • Education:
    • At least an Associate Degree (14 years) from HEC-recognized institution with strong computer literacy.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 7 years in:
      • General administration, executive/office support
      • Protocol management, logistics & travel, facility management, coordination.
  • Age: Max 50 years.

6. Driver

  • Education:
    • At least FA, FSC or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    • Valid driving license and minimum 7 years of relevant driving experience.
  • Age: Max 50 years.
