1. Associate Director, IT & Database Management (L3)
- Education:
- At least Bachelor’s (16 years education) in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Systems/Information Sciences or related field from HEC-recognized institution; or relevant professional qualification.
- Experience:
- Minimum 6 years post‑16 years qualification in:
- Software & hardware management
- IT procurement/administration
- Cloud computing, project management, ICT systems in public/private sector.

2. Associate Director, Policy, Planning & Research (L3)

- Bachelor’s (16 years) in Public Policy, Public Administration, Economics, Development Studies, Business Administration or related field.

- Policy formulation/analysis, strategic and sectoral planning
- Research & evidence-based analysis, M&E, program design, project management
