The Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony (MoRA & IH) has announced recruitment of Khuddam‑ul‑Hujjaj / Nazims for Hajj 2026. These positions are meant for serving federal and provincial government officers (BS‑11 to BS‑18) who will assist Pakistani pilgrims in Makkah, Madinah and other locations in KSA by managing accommodation, transport, food, guidance and welfare services.
A total of 880 seats (subject to change) are available across supervisory and field/support categories, for both fresh and repeater candidates. Selection will be conducted through the National Testing Service (NTS) with a written test, physical/endurance test and medical fitness evaluation. Quotas will be applied for all provinces and regions as per FPSC-style distribution.
These temporary Hajj assignments offer an excellent opportunity for civil servants to serve the guests of Allah, gain international exposure, and work closely with the Hajj Mission. Selected officials receive pay and allowances as per their substantive scale, plus free stay, food, transport and medical facilities in Saudi Arabia during duty.

Eligibility Criteria
Core Requirements
- Must be a regular Federal/Provincial Government Officer/Official / Civil Servant of BS‑11 to BS‑18, including those from GB and AJK.
- Should have good service record; disciplinary or criminal cases may disqualify.
Age Limits
- Fresh Candidates:
- Age between 25 and 45 years on the closing date (30‑11‑2025).
- Repeater Candidates:
- Age between 25 and 50 years on the closing date.
- Must have served at least one previous Hajj duty as Khadim/Nazim.
Health & Fitness
- Must pass a Physical & Endurance Test (5 km jogging/brisk walk within stipulated time).
- Must be medically fit; employees with:
- Heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, chronic illness, or other serious medical conditions are not eligible.
- Disabled/handicapped or restricted-duty employees are not eligible.

- Departmental No Objection Certificate (NOC) is mandatory.
- Quota will follow FPSC-like provincial/regional distribution.
