1. Chief Financial Officer
- Qualification: ACCA / ICMA / CA.
- Experience: Minimum 16 years post‑qualification experience in finance, accounts, and corporate financial management.
2. Financial Analyst
- Qualification: CFA qualified OR MS Finance / Accounting.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in project financing, financial modeling, preferably with experience in Public‑Private Partnerships (PPP).
3. Deputy Manager Contract
- Qualification: MS Project Management or BE Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 8–10 years post‑qualification experience in contract administration/management, construction projects, FIDIC, etc.
4. Planning Engineer
- Qualification: MS Project Management or BE Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience in project planning, scheduling (Primavera/MS Project), progress monitoring.
5. Geologist (Drilling)
- Qualification: MS/BS in Geology, Geological Engineering or Earth Sciences.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience, preferably in drilling operations, core logging and site investigations.
6. Geologist (Exploration)
- Qualification: MS/BS (Geology).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year post‑qualification experience in exploration geology, mapping, sampling etc.
General
- Degrees must be from HEC‑recognized institutions; engineering degrees should be PEC‑registered where applicable.
- Age bracket typically 35–55 years depending on seniority.
