Eligibility Criteria
- Education
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Commerce, Economics, Agriculture, or other relevant disciplines from an HEC‑recognized university.
- Candidates with foreign degrees must provide an HEC equivalence certificate at the time of interview.
- Experience
- At least 1 year of relevant banking experience (credit, SME/commercial, corporate or agriculture finance).
- Higher and more relevant experience preferred for Hub Manager and Team Leader roles.
