Eligibility Criteria

1. Assistant Project Manager (Operations / Technical)

  • Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Geology/Geophysics or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years’ total experience, with at least 1 year in a project management role for Exploration & Development. Proficiency in software like ArcGIS and 3D modeling is required. Preference for experience with placer gold deposits.
  • Age Limit: Max 40 years.

2. Internal Audit Executive

  • Qualification: CA (Inter)/ACCA/ACMA or equivalent professional qualification, or a 16-year degree in Finance/Accounting.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in internal/external audit, preferably in the public sector.
  • Age Limit: Max 30 years.

3. Procurement & Contract Executive

  • Qualification: Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or Operations Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in procurement and contract management. Preference for candidates with PPRA compliance experience.
  • Age Limit: Max 30 years.

4. Corporate Executive

  • Qualification: 16-year degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Finance/Accounts or equivalent.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Secretarial affairs. Preference for candidates with ICSP membership or a diploma in Corporate Law.
  • Age Limit: Max 30 years.

5. Admin Officer

  • Qualification: Graduate/BBA in Business Administration, Public Administration, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in administrative management. Preference for experience at a project site.
  • Age Limit: Max 30 years.

6. Front Desk Officer

  • Qualification: Intermediate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years’ experience as a Front Desk Officer or in a relevant position.
  • Age Limit: Max 25 years.
