Latest Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Medical Jobs 2025 Apply Online

Pakistan Air Force (PAF) has announced induction in the Medical Branch as Commissioned Officers through the 136 Combat Support Course (SPSSC / SPSSC GDMOs). Both male and female citizens of Pakistan can apply for specialist and general duty medical officer positions in various medical disciplines. This is a prestigious opportunity for doctors to serve as officers in a highly respected defence force.

Vacancies are available in the Medical Branch (Specialist) SPSSC for different specialties (Medicine, ENT, Eye, Psychiatry, Anesthesia, Radiology, Neurosurgery, Oncology, Orthopedics, etc.) and in the Medical Branch (GDMOs) SPSSC for MBBS doctors. Selected candidates undergo basic officer and professional training at PAF Academy Asghar Khan, Risalpur before deployment to PAF hospitals and bases across the country.

Online registration will remain open from 01 December 2025 to 14 December 2025 at www.joinpaf.gov.pk. Candidates must possess a NADRA Smart Card and meet the stringent educational, age and medical fitness standards set by PAF.

Medical Branch (Specialist) – SPSSC

  • Age:
    • 25 to 50 years on 15 April 2026 (see ad; some posts 29–48 etc., but range lies within this band).
  • Education & Qualification:
    • MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized by PMDC/PMC.
    • Postgraduate qualification such as FCPS / FRCS / MRCP / Diplomat of American Board / MCPS / equivalent in relevant specialty, recognized by PMDC/PMC.
    • Valid PMDC/PMC registration.
  • Experience:
    • Clinical experience as per specialty; many posts require completed FCPS with relevant experience.

Medical Branch (GDMOs) – SPSSC

  • Age:
    • 24 to 28 years on 15 April 2026.
  • Education:
    • MBBS or equivalent from PMDC/PMC-recognized college/university.
    • Completed one-year house job; preference for those with experience in government / teaching hospitals.
    • Valid PMDC/PMC registration.

Ineligibility (Key Points – see ad for full list)

  • Medically unfit, Hepatitis B/C positive, history of major surgery with disability.
  • Dismissed/removed from Government/Armed Forces service.
  • Involved in criminal activity, forgery or fake documents.
  • Dual nationality not surrendered before commissioning (where applicable).
