Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Foreign or Local LLM degree or Barrister-at-Law or Solicitor.
- Minimum seven (07) years of relevant legal experience in Pakistan or internationally in public/private sectors.
Professional Credentials:
Candidates must have expertise in:
- Drafting/reviewing conventions, agreements, MOUs, contracts, and other legal documentation.
- International law, legislative drafting, and policy advisory roles on regulatory matters.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in state-run corporations and reputed private corporations.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and drafting skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Ability to effectively engage and coordinate at national and international forums.
- Professional integrity, leadership qualities, discipline, and teamwork proficiency.
